How It Works

  1. Use the VIP Referral Cards that we will give you to refer your clients to Balanced Medical Solutions. These cards will have your phone number or the name of your establishment to track your referrals. Patients can call or text the number on the VIP card to make an appointment and by showing the card in the office, they will receive a special discount and we will track them as coming from you. 
  2. When they complete their visit, you earn $100 cash for each referral! We will pay you via Zelle transfer or check once per month (payments made by the 7th of the following month).

How to Get Started

1 – The first optional step is to schedule a FREE evaluation for yourself so you can learn more about us and meet our team! This includes:

2 – When you are ready to start sending patients our way, make sure to register as a Fitness Referral Partner first via the form below and we will follow up with you to provide you with the necessary assets and brochures that you will need to refer patients to us.
